Woods

From The Calvin and Hobbes Wiki

The woods behind Calvin's house probably expand over about 15 acres. Some of this area was destroyed when part of the forest was clear-cut to make way for a new development of condominiums.[1] It is in this forest that Calvin's wagon often crashes over conveniently-placed cliffs. Calvin and Hobbes take walks in here frequently. There are a few rivers and creeks, including "Hobbes Creek", a creek named and discovered by Hobbes. Calvin was mad about that, since he was going to name the creek "Calvin's Creek."[2]
