The Incredibly Annoying Human Echo is a minor alter ego of Calvin's. He appeared in a single story arc (2/3 through 2/5 1994), where Calvin intentionally repeated everything Hobbes said in order to annoy him. Hobbes got the better of him when he quoted an incredibly long line from a book and when Calvin tried to repeat him, he fumbled the words and asked Hobbes to repeat that. Hobbes blew a raspberry at him, prompting Calvin to call him a cheater.
