Hyperbubble is a type of gum advertised in Calvin's Chewing Magazine. In part of the advertisement, it states, "If you're not chewing HyperBubble, you might as well be chewing your cud.", a sentence which Calvin compliments. Calvin wondered the possibilities of how he would be cool with Hyperbubble.
