Purpose[]
The purpose of this AdminRequest page is to notify a local admin/bureaucrat about blocking another user if the user who asks for the blocking does not have admin or bureaucrat rights.
Leaving a Request[]
To leave a request about blocking, use the template BlockRequest. For each new request, make a new area under the "Requests" section.

- Use this tool abusively (make it so no one can edit, etc.). Such requests will be deleted and their requesting users blocked.
